How it works
How it works
1. Sign up in the bot
Open the bot in Telegram, choose a language and fill in the form: name, phone, district, skills, photo and documents.
2. Manager review
A manager reviews your form and approves it. After that you start receiving job offers.
3. Job offers
A manager calls or messages you with a job. If you agree, the bot sends a job card: what to do, where, when and how much it pays. Tap “I confirm participation” or “Can't make it”.
4. The work
The day before, the bot asks whether you are coming: “I'm coming” or “Can't make it”. You arrive on time and do the work on site.
5. Payment
You are paid for the work done. The amount is shown in the job card before you agree.
What kind of jobs there are
Jobs come from MMM clients, so the type of work depends on demand. Mark everything you can do in the form.
Loading and moving
Loaders, help with moves, drivers with their own vehicles.
Renovation and finishing
Plastering, tiling, painting, demolition and helping tradespeople.
Electrical work
Installing sockets, lighting and wiring — for people with experience.
Plumbing
Installing taps, connecting appliances, replacing pipes.
Construction and assembly
General labourers, welders, assembling structures, site preparation.
Cleaning
Cleaning apartments and offices, cleaning after renovation.
Other tasks
Furniture assembly, small repairs and one-off help around the house.

A selfie and your passport to verify the form. If you have one, a document that allows you to work in Armenia.

Frequently asked questions
What is MMM?
MMM is a service that takes orders from clients in Yerevan (renovation, construction, moving, loading, cleaning, installation and other work) and puts together workers for them. We are not an agency for jobs abroad, and we do not charge for registration.
How much does registration cost?
Nothing. Registration in the bot is free. If someone asks you for money “for a place” or “for paperwork” on behalf of MMM, it is not us — tell your manager.
How do I register?
- Open the bot in Telegram — with a link or a QR code from a manager.
- Choose a language and agree to data processing.
- Enter your name, phone, district and skills, and send a photo and documents.
- A manager will review and approve your form. After that you will start receiving job offers.
What documents do I need?
A photo (selfie), your passport and, if you have one, a document that allows you to work in Armenia. Documents are seen only by the manager and MMM staff.
Your manager will tell you which jobs are available without a work permit.
How do I get jobs?
The manager picks people for a job based on skills, district and reliability. First they call or message you and ask whether you are ready to work. If you agree, the bot sends a job card: what to do, where, when and how much it pays. Tap “I confirm participation” or “Can't make it”. Turning a job down in advance is fine.
How and when do I get paid?
The amount for a job is shown in the card in advance, before you agree. Check the payment method and timing with your manager before the work starts. If the amount or conditions change, you will know before the work starts.
What is the “day-before confirmation”?
About 12 hours before the work starts, the bot will ask: “Are you coming?” Tap “I'm coming” or “Can't make it”. If you can't come, it is better to say so right away: the manager will have time to find a replacement, and it won't hurt your reputation the way a no-show would.
What if I'm ill or can't come?
Tap “Can't make it” in the bot or tell your manager as early as possible. Warning in advance has almost no effect on your rating. Not showing up without warning lowers your reliability, and you get fewer offers.
What is the reliability rating?
A score from 0 to 5; everyone starts at 5. It goes up when you arrive on time and do good work, and goes down for lateness, no-shows and client complaints. People with high reliability get offers first.
Who do I contact if something is wrong?
Your manager first. If the problem is with the manager or they don't answer, use the “Help” section in the bot — an MMM staff member will receive the message.
How do I change the language or my details?
Language — with the /language command. Phone, district, skills — through your manager (editing them yourself will come later).
