How we get started
Introduction
A 30-minute call or meeting: the task, sites, timelines.
Assessment and proposal
Within 1–3 days we prepare a proposal with a fixed price or rate.
Pilot or one-off order
We test each other on a real job.
Contract
We formalise the partnership: price, discount, liability.
Work and reporting
Invoices, certificates of completion, regular reports and one point of contact.
Discounts for term and volume — no fine print
The discount is calculated from the base rate and fixed in the contract for its full term.
| Term | Discount |
|---|---|
| One-off order | — |
| 1–3 months | — |
| 3–6 months | 5% |
| 6–12 months | 10% |
| 12 months or more | 15% |
| Orders per month | Discount |
|---|---|
| Up to 5 | — |
| 5–15 | 5% |
| 15–30 | 10% |
| More than 30 | Individual |
How discounts add up
- Term and volume discounts are combined.
- The maximum is 20%. More only by separate agreement.
- The discount is fixed in the contract and not revised during its term.
- If your volume grows in the first 3 months, we recalculate the price. Only downwards.
Example: an 8-month contract (10%) and 6 orders a month (5%) — 15% in total.

Frequently asked questions
Do you work only with LLCs or with sole proprietors too?
Both. With legal entities and with sole proprietors.
How do you invoice?
Monthly, per site or as a single invoice — whichever suits your accounting team. Each invoice comes with a certificate of completion and a report.
Can the contract be without VAT?
The format depends on both parties' tax regimes. We agree on it before signing.
Who is responsible for workers' taxes?
We are. Workers are employed on our side.
Do you work nights and weekends?
Yes, on the schedule set in the contract. Night shifts are standard practice for business centres.
Do you commit to response times?
Yes, in the service level appendix — by task priority and by site.
What if a worker doesn't show up?
Replacement within 2 hours. Missed deadlines are recorded in the report and compensated under the contract.
Can the volume change mid-contract?
Yes, by a supplementary agreement. If volume grows in the first 3 months, we recalculate in your favour.
How is the service terminated?
By written notice within the period set in the contract. The handover procedure for sites is agreed in advance.
Are you liable for damage on site?
Yes, if our workers are at fault. The procedure and compensation limits are in the contract.
Do you take part in tenders?
Yes. We prepare a package for tender documentation: proposal, contract templates, process descriptions. Our legal entity details are currently being registered.
Do you work with international companies? Are documents available in English?
Yes. We prepare English versions of the contract and appendices on request.
Will there be a dedicated manager?
Yes. The owner personally handles the first clients, then an assigned manager takes over.
Can you integrate with our ticketing system?
We accept requests from your system by email or messenger. Direct integration can be discussed at a meeting.
Do you accept penalty clauses for missed deadlines?
Yes. Compensation for breaching the service level is set out in the contract appendix.
Request a meeting
Tell us about your company and task — we'll suggest a time to meet with our management.
