Websites, automation and search visibility

We built this platform for ourselves: the website, the bot, request tracking, the servers. We'll build it for you too.

Machine translation, awaiting review by a native speaker.

MMM is an IT company. Our website is our product. We built it for ourselves. We will build it for you.

Why you can trust us

How it usually goes

A regular web studio builds a site and leaves. A regular IT contractor knows the technology but doesn't understand where a business actually makes money. A regular integrator works slowly, expensively, and only with large companies.

How we are built

MMM runs a live service business: people call, technicians go out, requests have to be received and never lost. Everything we offer as a service, we built for ourselves first — and we use it every day.

We don't show slides. We show a working system you're on right now, and explain how it is built and how to build the same thing for you.

Three reasons to choose us

  • We are entrepreneurs

We count requests and money, not lines of code. If a task can be solved without development, we'll say so directly.

  • We are developers

We run our own servers, builds, updates and backups. We don't hand this off to a third party, and we don't lose access.

  • We sell

Search promotion, copy and the funnel are part of the job, not a separate service for "someday later".

We do three things — and we do them end to end

Not a catalogue of everything. Three directions we first built for ourselves and only then started selling: websites, automation, search.

And this is only what we show on ourselves

MMM is not a web studio. Our engineering side is wider: we take on tasks where you have to understand the hardware, the production floor and how to tie one to the other. And we take them from start to finish: development and programming, installation, commissioning and ongoing maintenance.

  • Electrics and low-voltage systems
  • Smart home
  • Industrial automation
  • Automation for agriculture
  • Data centres and server rooms
  • Networks, Wi-Fi and video surveillance
  • Software for a specific task
  • Remote office and teamwork

And much, much more — there is a reason the name reads Many Missions. Managed.

How we work

  1. Task review

Half an hour on a call: what the business does, where clients come from, what's in the way.

  2. Solution plan

In 1–3 days — a short document: what we do, in what order, by when.

  3. Work by the week

Every week we show what already works, not a report about work.

  4. Launch

The system goes live for your clients — with analytics, so you can see what is happening from day one.

  5. Support

We stay close: fixes, updates, reviewing the numbers. We don't disappear after handover.

Section presentation

We are putting the document together: what we do, how we estimate timelines and what the price is made of. We will publish it once it is ready.

Until then, ask in the request form and we will tell you the same thing in words.

Frequently asked questions

How much does it cost?

We don't publish prices: a one-page site and a system with request tracking differ several times over. After a half-hour conversation we name a range; after a short review, a fixed sum in the contract. We are not out to scare you with that sum: a small team with no office on the avenue, no middlemen and no markup on someone else's work, and half the project is assembled from parts we have already written and debugged on ourselves — no reason to pay for them twice. So in that range it is the lower bound that tends to surprise, not the upper one.

How long does it take?

A one-page site takes two to three weeks if the texts and photos already exist. A system with requests, a bot and reports — from a month. We name the exact deadline after the review, and it goes into the contract: a deadline that is not in the contract is not a deadline, it is a mood.

Who will do the work?

Our team — the same people who develop this platform every day. Nothing is farmed out. That is why we keep two or three projects running at once: if there is no slot, we will honestly name the nearest free date.

What do you need from us to start?

Half an hour of conversation. After that we ask the questions: who your clients are, how they reach you, what they ask most often and where you lose time. You don't need to bring a finished brief — we will write it and show it to you for approval.

Who writes the texts and where do the images come from?

We write the texts; that is part of the work, not a surcharge at the end. We use your photos if you have them, and can arrange a shoot separately. Illustrations are drawn for the task — the ones in this section were made for it, not taken from a stock set.

How many languages will the website speak?

As many as you need. This site speaks four, and multilingualism in it is not an add-on for later but the way it is built from the start. For Yerevan the usual set is Russian, Armenian and English.

Do you work under a contract? How does payment work?

Under a contract, with stages, deadlines and a scope of work. Payment by stage — for what is done, not everything up front. What a stage includes and what counts as finishing it we write in words you don't need a lawyer for.

What if I don't like the result?

We work in stages and show the result every week — you can stop at any stage and pay only for what is done. Refund terms go into the contract rather than a verbal promise.

What happens to the website after launch?

We don't abandon it. We watch that it opens and works, update its internals and add sections as the business grows. Ongoing support is a separate agreement, and we discuss its terms in advance rather than presenting you with a fact.

We already have a website. Start from scratch?

Usually not. First we look at what is holding it back: sometimes speeding it up and rewriting the texts is enough. We propose a rebuild only when it is cheaper than endless patches.

Can you finish what another contractor started?

Often yes. First we look at what has been done and say it straight: cheaper to continue or cheaper to rebuild. We won't take on someone else's unfinished work for its own sake — if it is hopeless, we will say so.

And if the task is not about a website at all?

Ask. Electrics, industrial and agricultural automation, server rooms, networks, software for a specific task — we do considerably more than the three directions above. If the task is not ours, we will say so straight away instead of dragging it out.

Do you only work with Yerevan?

We meet in Yerevan and work with anyone. The only difference is that with locals you can sit down at one table — that noticeably speeds up understanding the task.

Just need the computer fixed?

Setting up Wi-Fi, reviving a printer, installing cameras, moving mail to the cloud — that is us too, as a separate service and without long discovery. Some of it we handle remotely.

Technical help

Looking for services for your business?

Cleaning, facility maintenance, office moves and drone filming are a separate section. The contract can be a shared one.

Write a couple of sentences — we'll call back and figure out whether you even need development.

We quote the price after a short conversation: it depends on scope, not on a price list.
