We work out how much air the space needs and offer several options to choose from.
We calculate how much fresh air the people and the equipment need, where to take it from and where to send it out. We pick the ducts and the units, show two or three options and say honestly what each one means: which is cheaper to install and which is quieter and cheaper to run.

- If there is nowhere to send the air outside, the options are heavily limited — we say so right away.
- Installation is priced separately, after the design.
- Completely silent ventilation does not exist, but the noise can be cut noticeably.
Frequently asked questions
Why not just fit a more powerful extractor?
If you only pump air out and let none in, it will come from the stairwell and from the neighbours — smells included.
Why several options?
Each has its downside: one is cheaper to install, another is quieter and cheaper to run. The choice is yours; our job is to show the price and the caveats honestly.
Will you install it too?
Yes, if you want. Installation is priced separately once the design is ready.
Will the design pass for approval?
For ordinary spaces, yes. If the site is a special case, we say so before we start.
How long does the design take?
About a week for a flat or a small café. We confirm the date once we see the floor plan.
