We check running machines and electrics without stopping production.
Almost every breakdown starts with extra heat: a bearing, a contact in a cabinet, an overloaded motor. A thermal camera sees it while the machine is running. The engineer walks the shop floor, scans the units under load and hands over a list of what needs attention, in order of urgency.

Honestly: what we don't do
- We look at what is visible from outside: a unit behind a cover has to be opened by your own team.
- The engineer does not dismantle or repair anything.
- If the equipment sits idle, the fault will not show — we move the walkthrough.
Frequently asked questions
Will production have to stop?
No. The opposite: the equipment must be running, because a stopped unit cools down and the fault disappears.
Is it safe for people and machines?
The engineer touches nothing and dismantles nothing, scanning from a distance. Work carries on as usual.
What will the report contain?
Images of units with extra heat, a short note on each and an order: what to look at today and what can wait a month.
How often should this be repeated?
Usually every six months. For heavily loaded lines more often — we agree on site.
How much does it cost?
The guide price is from 20,000 drams per visit. We name the exact sum once we know the number of units and the area.
