Three ways to work with us
Choose where to start. You can switch formats along the way — the contract allows for it.
Most small companies start with a one-off job.

- One crew for the job and one person in charge
- Certificate of completion and closing documents

How we get started
Introduction
A 30-minute call or meeting: the task, sites, timelines.
Assessment and proposal
Within 1–3 days we prepare a proposal with a fixed price or rate.
Pilot or one-off order
We test each other on a real job.
Contract
We formalise the partnership: price, discount, liability.
Work and reporting
Invoices, certificates of completion, regular reports and one point of contact.
Discounts for term and volume — no fine print
The discount is calculated from the base rate and fixed in the contract for its full term.
| Term | Discount |
|---|---|
| One-off order | — |
| 1–3 months | — |
| 3–6 months | 5% |
| 6–12 months | 10% |
| 12 months or more | 15% |
| Orders per month | Discount |
|---|---|
| Up to 5 | — |
| 5–15 | 5% |
| 15–30 | 10% |
| More than 30 | Individual |
How discounts add up
- Term and volume discounts are combined.
- The maximum is 20%. More only by separate agreement.
- The discount is fixed in the contract and not revised during its term.
- If your volume grows in the first 3 months, we recalculate the price. Only downwards.
Example: an 8-month contract (10%) and 6 orders a month (5%) — 15% in total.
Documents
Everything your accounting team needs:
- Contract with a legal entity or sole proprietor — template below
- Invoices, certificates of completion and closing documents
- Bank transfer payment
- With or without VAT
Templates of the contract, the service level annex and the non-disclosure agreement are being drafted. We will send the final documents on request, once our lawyer has checked them.
Frequently asked questions
Do you work only with LLCs or with sole proprietors too?
Both. With legal entities and with sole proprietors.
How do you invoice?
Once a month under an ongoing contract, or after a one-off job is done. A certificate of completion comes with the invoice.
Can the contract be without VAT?
Yes, the format depends on your tax regime and ours. We agree on it before signing.
Who is responsible for workers' taxes?
We are. Workers are employed on our side, and our relationship with them is our responsibility.
Do you work outside business hours?
Yes: evenings, nights and weekends — if it's in the contract. Office cleaning is usually done that way.
How long until someone comes out?
We set timelines in the contract for your site. Urgent jobs are discussed separately.
What if a worker doesn't show up?
We send a replacement within 2 hours. It's written into the contract.
Can we increase the volume mid-contract?
Yes. If your volume grows in the first 3 months, we recalculate the discount in your favour.
How do we end the service?
By written notice. The notice period is set in the contract — usually 30 days.
Who is responsible for damage on site?
If our worker is at fault, we are. The compensation procedure is set out in the contract.
