Inspection and finding what's hidden

We come with instruments and go over the house, the flat or the plot without opening anything up. A thermal camera shows where a wall gives heat away and where it is damp under the floor. A pipe listening device picks up the noise of water at the leak. A cable locator finds buried cables and metal pipes. A moisture meter tells how wet a wall really is. We pick the instrument to fit the job, not the other way round. We work in Yerevan and the surrounding region.

What to tell us for a preliminary estimate

  • What the place is: flat, house, warehouse, plot of land
  • What worries you: cold, damp, a wet patch, a high water bill
  • Area and floor
  • Address and a convenient time

How the work goes

  1. Tell us about the task

Choose a category or describe the problem in your own words. You can add photos, an address and a preferred time frame.

  2. We clarify the details

An operator will contact you, ask the necessary questions and define the scope of work.

  3. We agree on a solution

Before any work starts, you receive the proposed approach, the timeline and the cost.

  4. We organise the work

We assign a suitable specialist or crew and keep track of the status.

  5. You check the result

The work is considered complete once the customer has checked and confirmed it.

What affects the cost and timeline

  • Area and number of rooms
  • What we look for: heat, water or a hidden route
  • Distance from Yerevan: travel outside the city is added, roughly 150 AMD per kilometre
  • How urgent it is

The exact cost and timeline are agreed before work begins — once the details are clarified.

Frequently asked questions

When is the best time to come?

It depends on what we look for. Heat loss shows when there is a difference between outside and inside: the cold season and early morning work best. The noise of water in a pipe can be heard in any season, and buried routes we locate all year round.

Will you have to open up the walls?

Not for the search. We work from the outside with instruments, we don't break or drill anything. Opening up comes later, in the one spot we have marked.

What do I get after the visit?

Images and marks made on the spot, plus a plain explanation: what we found, where it is and what to do about it next.

Will you fix it right away?

No, our job is to find it. Once the spot is found, we'll bring in a tradesperson from the neighbouring sections: repairs, plumbing or electrics.

Do you travel outside the city?

Yes, across Yerevan and the region. Travel beyond the city is charged separately.
