This is a rough guide. We'll confirm the final price after a short call.

How it works

  1. Request

Give us the address and the date of the handover.

  2. Call

We confirm the area, the date and the price.

  3. Inspection

An engineer arrives with a thermal camera at the agreed time.

  4. Report

We send the images and a list of what is worth fixing.

Honestly: what we don't do

  • A thermal camera shows temperature differences, so in mild weather some faults simply cannot be seen.
  • We describe what we see, but we do not negotiate with the developer for you and do not prepare court papers.
  • Pipes, wiring and ventilation are checked by other trades — tell us if you need that too.

Frequently asked questions

Is it better to call you before or after signing the act?

Before. While the act is unsigned it is easier to get the developer to fix things.

Can you come with me to the handover?

Yes, that is the usual way: the engineer arrives at the agreed time and goes through the flat together with you.

What will the report contain?

Images of the cold spots with captions and a plain list: where it blows, where insulation is missing, where damp may appear.

What if the flat is larger than 100 m²?

Then we price it by area. Tell us the size and we will name the amount before the visit.

Do you check resale flats?

Yes. Before a purchase it is especially useful: you see whether the flat is warm or will need insulating in winter.
