Honestly: what we don't do
- A thermal camera needs a noticeable temperature difference: in mild weather some faults cannot be seen.
- We describe what we see on site, but we do not prepare court papers and do not negotiate with the contractor.
- We will not open up walls or remove cladding — the inspection does no damage.

Are you connected to the contractors?
No. We come as an outside opinion and write down what the images show.
When should we call you in?
While the act is unsigned and the money is not fully paid — defects are easier to close then.
What will the report contain?
Captioned images and a list of defects: where the insulation is uneven, where there is a cold bridge, where it blows in under a window.
How is the price worked out for a large building?
By area, and the larger the area, the cheaper the square metre works out. Tell us the size and we will give a figure before the visit.
Can you check the fixes afterwards?
Yes, a repeat visit is agreed separately: we look at the same spots and compare them with the images from the first inspection.
