Honestly: what we don't do
- A thermal camera works when it is noticeably colder outside than indoors: in mild weather the difference does not show.
- We show where the heat escapes; the repair itself is done by insulation and window fitters.
- Hidden wiring and pipes under the screed are a separate job — tell us in advance.
Frequently asked questions
What weather do you need?
The cold season is best. There has to be at least a ten degree difference between outside and the room, otherwise the images show nothing.
How long does it take?
About an hour in a flat, an hour and a half to two hours in a house. The report arrives the same day or the next.
What do I get in the end?
Images of the cold spots with captions and a list of what is worth fixing: where it blows, where it gets damp, where insulation is missing.
What if the flat is larger than 100 m²?
Then we price it by area. Tell us the size and we will name the amount before the visit.
Do you do the repair as well?
The walkthrough and the report are our part. The repair is taken on by insulation and window fitters, and we can help you find them.
