A website that brings in requests

A beautiful site with no requests is just an expensive business card. We build a sales tool.

Machine translation, awaiting review by a native speaker.

What's included

  • Business review: who your client is, what they're after, what stops them
  • The client's path from the first screen to the request — before markup even starts
  • Design and markup: your own style, not a ready-made template from someone else's site
  • Speed and mobile screens: pages open instantly, no side-scrolling
  • Accessibility: keyboard navigation, readable contrast, field labels
  • Copy — written together with you: you know the business, we know how to present it
  • Search markup, a sitemap and search console setup
  • Analytics: visibility into where people come from and where they drop off
  • Three months of support after launch: fixes and funnel tuning

How we work

  1. Task review

Half an hour on a call: what the business does, where clients come from, what's in the way.

  2. Solution plan

In 1–3 days — a short document: what we do, in what order, by when.

  3. Work by the week

Every week we show what already works, not a report about work.

  4. Launch

The system goes live for your clients — with analytics, so you can see what is happening from day one.

  5. Support

We stay close: fixes, updates, reviewing the numbers. We don't disappear after handover.

Example — the website you're reading

This isn't a portfolio of someone else's work. Servicelist.am was built by us and for us: the same approach, the same decisions, the same support. Every line can be shown and explained.

Languages
Four languages on one engine, with separate markup for search
Checks
Every build goes through more than two hundred automated checks
Requests
The form feeds a request table and a bot to the owner — no manual transfer
Speed
Pages are pre-built and served whole, with no waiting

How this differs from a studio

  • We don't disappear after handover

Updates, backups and monitoring are our job, not your headache. The site will not rot into errors six months later, the way it usually does after handover.

  • We count requests, not pages

We agree on what counts as a result before starting. Then we look at the numbers together and fix what didn't work.

  • No third-party code inside

We don't assemble sites out of bought templates that can't be fixed. Everything on the site, we can explain and rebuild.

  • Search is built in from day one

Markup, page addresses and speed are set up from the start. Adding it later costs more than doing it on time.

Frequently asked questions

How long does the work take?

A small site — from two weeks. A site with a service tree, several languages and request handling — from a month and a half. We give an exact timeline after the review.

What if I don't have copy or photos?

That's a common situation. We write the copy together: you talk, we turn it into pages. We handle photography ourselves — MMM already has that in-house.

Can it run on my own engine?

Yes, if it's alive and someone can maintain it. If the engine is abandoned, we'll say so honestly: moving off it is cheaper than fixing it.

How does payment work?

In stages: preparation, work, launch. Amounts and shares are fixed in the contract before we start — no "along the way" extra charges; if the task changes, we sign an amendment.
