Honestly: what we don't do
- We locate down to roughly 7 metres.
- A plastic pipe with no tracer wire is invisible to the locator — we mark such stretches as unknown.
- To put a signal on the line we need access to it: a manhole, a cabinet or an open pipe end.
- Ground marks last only until rain or until machinery arrives — photograph them straight away.

It is approximate. The difference is usually small, but it grows where other lines run alongside. We always say where we are confident and where we are not.
Do you work on construction sites and factory grounds?
Yes. Tell us in advance about passes and entry rules and we'll bring the right papers.
What if there are no drawings at all?
That is the usual case. We then start from the points we can connect to: manholes, cabinets, entries into the building.
