Water leak detection

We'll find where the pipe is leaking without opening up floors and walls.

Work options

  • Leak search

We come out, listen to the pipes, scan with a thermal camera and show the leak.

    one to three hours

    What's included

This is a rough guide. We'll confirm the final price after a short call.

Examples of work

We're still building our portfolio — real searches will be shown here soon.

How it works

  1. Tell us about the task

Choose a category or describe the problem in your own words. You can add photos, an address and a preferred time frame.

  2. We clarify the details

An operator will contact you, ask the necessary questions and define the scope of work.

  3. We agree on a solution

Before any work starts, you receive the proposed approach, the timeline and the cost.

  4. We organise the work

We assign a suitable specialist or crew and keep track of the status.

  5. You check the result

The work is considered complete once the customer has checked and confirmed it.

Honestly: what we don't do

  • The listening device needs pressure in the pipe: with the water fully shut off, the leak cannot be heard.
  • We can hear a leak at a depth of roughly up to 5 metres.
  • If listening is not possible, we use the thermal camera on damp and cooled areas — that gives a zone, not a single point.
  • We show you where the leak is. Repairing the pipe itself is separate work.

Frequently asked questions

How much does it cost?

From 25,000 drams for the visit and the search. We'll confirm the final sum after a call: it depends on the area and on how the pipes are laid.

Will the floors have to be opened up?

Not for the search. They are opened later, in the one spot we have marked.

How long does it take?

Usually one to three hours. If the house is large, we'll say so in advance.

Do you always find the leak?

Not always on the first visit: pipes cast into concrete and very slow leaks are hard. In that case we say honestly what we found, what we didn't, and what to do next.

Do you work with heating and underfloor heating?

Yes. Underfloor heating shows up well on a thermal camera: a cooled section is visible straight away.
