Automation
Automation and bots
If something is done by hand every day, it can be handed off to a program.
Machine translation, awaiting review by a native speaker.

What's included
- Routine review: what repeats every day and how many hours it costs
- A Telegram bot: receiving requests, notifications, answers to common questions
- Requests from the site and the bot go straight into a client table — no retyping
- Notifications for the owner and the person in charge: who got the task and when they replied
- Documents: invoices, acts and contracts assemble themselves from a template
- Connections between services: site, tables, mail, telephony, accounting
- Staff training and a short guide — so it keeps working without us
How we work
Task review
Half an hour on a call: what the business does, where clients come from, what's in the way.
Solution plan
In 1–3 days — a short document: what we do, in what order, by when.
Work by the week
Every week we show what already works, not a report about work.
Launch
The system goes live for your clients — with analytics, so you can see what is happening from day one.
Support
We stay close: fixes, updates, reviewing the numbers. We don't disappear after handover.
Example — our own request intake
MMM has no sales department sitting around retyping requests. The site's form puts the request into a table, the bot notifies the owner the same second, and resubmitting doesn't create a duplicate. That's exactly what we offer others.
- Request path
- Form → server-side check → request table → message to the owner
- Duplicate protection
- Resubmitting with the same key doesn't create a second request
- Spam
- A hidden honeypot field and a rate limit on submissions
- If something fails
- The request isn't lost silently: an alert goes to the log, and the sender sees an honest error
What this gives you
Requests stop getting lost
No more "forgot to write it down" or "lost in the chat". Every request lands in one place, visible to everyone who needs it.
Replies get faster
The notification arrives instantly, not whenever someone opens their mail. In our experience, this is the main thing that decides a deal.
Routine work leaves your head
Reminders, invoices, repeat touches with clients — the program handles them. People are left for the things that need people.
You can see what's happening
How many requests, where they came from, how many turned into an order. No manual exports, no taking anyone's word for it.
Frequently asked questions
We keep everything in a notebook and in chats. Can we still start?
That's exactly how most people start. The first step is gathering everything into one table so the volume becomes visible. Then we automate what actually repeats.
Do we need to change the programs everyone is used to?
Usually not. We first try to connect what's already there. We suggest replacing something only if the old solution gets in the way of tracking money.
Who fixes it if it breaks?
We do. We keep automation on support — otherwise it survives only until the first change in someone else's service.
How long does this take?
A simple request-intake bot — a week or two. Linking the site, tables and documents — from a month. We give a timeline after reviewing the routine.
What's still done by hand at your place?
Describe the routine — we'll figure out what to remove first.
We quote the price after a short conversation: it depends on scope, not on a price list.
